SONY MDR-7506 Replacement Premium Earpads - Micro Suede - Black

The item arrived exactly as expected and relatively quickly, although I do believe it was shipped through Amazon, which I'd prefer not to support where possible.

Overall, I'll likely buy again if needed.

I needed some replacement pads for my AKG k361 'phones (virtually identical to the 371 with which these are stated to be compatible). Now, yes, they do fit, but are a little smaller than the original pads. Problem? Well, in honesty not quite as comfortable, but still sound good. HOWEVER, I bought two sets as they seemed to be a good size match for my Sennheiser HD202's and, guess what - they are very good for them. Maybe a couple of mm large, but under no strain or stretch and very easy to fit. Maybe I just need to order something different for the AKGs, which would leave me with a spare set for the 202s. The product itself looks and feels to be good quality and I will be happy to keep the spares until the first set wear out - not that it looks like that will be soon. Thanks Brainwavz for a quality product.

Very nice, comfortable earpads revived my old Sony MDR-V6 phones for a decent price on sale. Nicer than the original pads.

Fit perfectly on my headphones and they are really comfortable.

Replaced 20 year old pads. So nice! Short hair chewed up the original leatherette. I love having an alternative.

I got the perforated style and it looks and feels excellent

The sleeve is a little longer and tighter than the OEM pads, which is fantastic for me. I hated those original pads since they fell off constantly.They just look fantastic though.Will update when they wear out.

Very comfortable

On a whim, I purchased these after a few buyers claimed they fit Sony WH-CH700N Headphones.There was hardly any trouble installing these pads, and they feel about the same as the factory ones.Noise cancelling also works just as well with these, but make sure you get any pair except the perforated ones, from what reviews say, the holes add breathability, but render the noise cancelling feature pointless.For a fraction of the cost of official Sony replacements (just one pad for this model costs over $40 now), my headphones feel good as new.

The fit is a little tight to get on but only take a couple minutes to install, and well worth the effort. The fit is a little tighter around your ears but the sound quality is honestly better because it holds the drivers closer to your ears while still being comfortable for extended wear. They feel premium and isolate sound better, but those with larger ears may find an issue with the reduced space inside the cups. Overall, well worth the upgrade.
