I was skeptical as I didn’t know if this fit the MK72 (newer version) but it does. I used the screws and it mounted just right. Wild get this if you need a mount for your MK72.

The screwless wall mount works well at holding my Netgear router. I have several Netgear wireless access points in my home. The wall mount allows me to safely secure the access point to the wall and it improves the wireless signal in my home. It does this by allowing me to place the access point high up on the wall, lessening the obstacles in its path and improving the signal in my home. The Netgear access points are a wireless mesh and need to be able to talk to each other. The wall mounts are aesthetically pleasing and truly functional pieces of equipment.

This came in plain plastic wrap, but contained both screws and mounting hardware, and some screw caps as well to hide them. The finish shows that this is a 3d printed part, but that's the future of a lot of things, I guess.It comes with a pre-applied 3M tape which you can use instead of the screws. The bottom is slotted for the cabling to come through for the power as well as the 2 ethernet ports on the router/access point unimpeded. It's fairly light, but the material is sturdy. It's also not a fingerprint magnet which will make it easier to keep clean. After mounting it high on a wall, it greatly improved my wireless signal! I have a friend who has these same access points, so I'm going to get some for him as a Christmas gift.

It’s exactly what it says. But it is pricey.
