        Technically nothing wrong with the product, however communication and wait times are abysmal. Despite advertising items being shipped within 7 business days from a warehouse in Australia, I was forced to wait almost two months without any notice of the delay, before messaging customer support to be informed that the product would take "several more weeks" to arrive due to a delay. After three more weeks the product arrived, shipped direct from Singapore. I will never be ordering from Brainwavz again.
