My old Sennheiser HD 202 earpads were flaking horribly. I couldn't find an HD 202 earpad replacement listed but these looked close. Unfortunately they are slightly larger than the originals, and mounted differently. But they're pretty close, so I stuck them on using 3M double-sided tape. So far so good.
