Before I get into the positives about these pads, let me first mention how long it took to receive them. I ordered my pair almost two months ago and only just got them this week—seriously! Even after they started packing and shipping, it took more than a month to finally arrive. They advertise 5-10 day shipping, but that’s definitely not what I experienced.
Now, even after all that, I’d give these five stars. They offer solid quality and are quite comfortable.. They perform well with long uses, and the price is reasonable for what you get. Overall, they’re a decent choice if you're looking for an upgrade/replacement.
I took a chance and ordered a pair of the XL Earpads in red to replace the ones that were on my AKG K550 which were also replacements and were twice the thickness so I was slightly worried that the sound would be different and it was in a good way. The bass and midrange were greatly improved and much closer to the original pads but better. They also arrived within four days of me ordering them which is amazing seeing as they were shipped from Singapore to the UK. I am hoping they will last longer than the last pair but when they do need replacing I will definitely be buying them again.
Having gone through a few pairs of so called soft leather, I found these sheepskin versions online. So took the plunge and very impressed with the delivery time and communication of the order. I have just fitted the new ones on headphones and so far no issues, very comfortable and no sound leaking.
Overall very impressed with the product and the company.

Great replacement for old ear pads.
This is my second set of Brainwavz cushions. I decided to get the sheepskin because my others cracked and peeled after about 2 years, but the comfort was undeniable. These are super soft and just as comfortable. Worth the money IMO. If I have to get another set in 2 years I will. Just that comfortable. I use these on the Superlux HD668-B.
I put these on a pair of ath-90x and are working great.
Premium feel, minimal change in frequency response, wide inner diameter, and best of all, fantastic comfort at a low price.
